Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery:

• Goods are insured and sent under plain cover.
• The senders address on the parcel is:
  G-Media, Postbus 11030, 7502LA Enschede, Nederlande
• Different Delivery Address:
  We are also happy to send your order to other addresses. Please let us know the desired delivery address for this, e.g. your office. For travellers we will also deliver to a hotel address.
• We reorder missing items weekly, but it could happen, that the restock will be delayed. For this reaseon we name a ordinary processing time of 2-3 weeks. 
  

2. Payment and Delivery

• Fundament for the invoice amount is exclusive the currency Euro. All other currencies in this shop are only for customers information. The exchange rate will be updated every day.
• For an order we calculate shippingcosts. The amount of this shippingcosts will be calculate from the country of delivery. Within Europe we calculate a flatrate of 4,- € and outside the EU of 6,- €. You can view the estimate shippingcosts by putting an item in your shopping cart. Below the items in the shopping cart the estimate shippingcosts are shown. For viewing this you have not to sign in.
• We accept the following payment methods:
  Credit cards: Visa-, Euro-/Mastercard
  Your creditcard will not be charged before we ship the goods. We don't store the datas from the credit cards so you must input them for every new order. The transmitting of the datas is encrypted.
  Payment in advance (money order)(only European Union):
  Thru a wire transfer to one of our bank accounts (dutch or german bank account). Our accounts will be shown during the order procedure. You will also find them on the confirmation e-mail, which you will get after ending the order procedure. Your order will be processed after we get the payment. The purchaser has to pay all banking fees.
• VAT-Exempt Dispatch
  to places of residence outside the European Union.
  We deliver the ordered goods free of VAT. Import duties and charges will be levied as soon as the parcel has reached your country. These charges are to be borne by you. Detailed information will be given by the customs authorities responsible.
• Returns:
  Before shipping our DVDs are checked for viewable defects. If there a unviewable defect in the filesystem etc. however, and because of this the DVD is unviewable or unusable, you get ba replacement of course. For Returns please use our Return Authorization Form. You will get an adress for the return.
  
  Please don't do a unasked back sending, because we don't accept replacement or recharge claims for it!
  
  
• A Return because you didn't like the DVD isn't possible. The return right for sound and datacarrier is disqualified with the exception above.
